Sheila joined the Great Pacific team in March 2010 and has over 11 years of experience in the captive insurance industry. Great Pacific was established in 2006 with the objective of providing superior corporate and management services to insurance companies in Barbados. As an Insurance Accountant, Shelia is a key member of the client service team and has specific responsibility for:

• Assistance with the execution of the client’s business plan
• Management and coordination of activities between insureds, auditors, bankers, investment managers, regulators, actuaries, fronting companies, and brokers
• Preparation of monthly financial reporting and reconciliations 
• Preparation of financial statements and facilitation of annual audit
• Cash Management
