Lynette joined Great Pacific Insurance Limited in July of 2020 and has 20 years of experience in the Finance & Accounting profession.
The division is responsible for:
preparation of financial statements.
recording each company’s monthly transactions such as policy renewals and loss activity.
Prepare monthly accounting records for a portfolio of clients inclusive of IBCs and Captives in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and Canadian GAAP.
Preparation of cheques, bank drafts and wire transfer requests to ensure payment of creditors and other parties in a timely and efficient manner
Responsible for the preparation of weekly cash reports and monthly bank reconciliations
Preparation of quarterly invoices for captive clients under our direct management and ensuring that all monies are collected in a timely manner
Preparation of financial statements
Preparation of Corporate Tax Returns
Liaising with auditors to ensure completion of the year end audit – preparation of financial statements, accompanying notes, lead schedules and supporting documentation
