Lisa joined Great Pacific Insurance Limited in January 2018 and has over 30 years of experience in the executive assistant and corporate administrative fields. Great Pacific was established in 2006 with the objective of providing superior corporate and management services to insurance companies in Barbados. As a Corporate Administrator, Lisa is a key member of the client service team and has specific responsibility for:

  • Convening Board and Shareholder meetings 
  • Corporate secretarial services 
  • Ensuring clients comply with internal policies and procedures as well as local laws and regulations.
  • Establishing client bank and investment accounts
  • Maintaining due diligence documentation
