Delora joined the Great Pacific Group when the group started its Barbados operations in December 2006 as Manager, Accounting. Delora has over 30 years of experience in the Finance & Accounting profession and 15 years in the captive insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting functions of the Jim Pattison Group Barbados subsidiaries covering monthly accounting, budgeting, preparation of financial statements and other related accounting matters, to achieve strict compliance and consistency in all issues relating to policies and procedures, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and other International GAAP and accounting principles applications. 

• Manage the Human Resources functions.
• Responsible for client services for a portfolio of clients
