Deborah joined the Great Pacific Group in September 2021 as Account Manager, she has over 10 years of captive insurance and 10 years of strategy planning and execution and management accounting. Great Pacific was established in 2006 with the objective of providing superior corporate and management services to insurance companies in Barbados. As an Account Manager, Deborah is responsible for:

• Assistance with the execution of the client’s business plan
• Management and coordination of activities between insureds, auditors, bankers, investment managers, regulators, actuaries, fronting companies, and brokers. 
• Monthly financial reporting and reconciliations
• Preparation of financial statements and facilitation of annual audit 
• Cash Management
