Lynette joined the Great Pacific Group in July 2020 and has over 20 years of experience in the Finance & Accounting profession. Great Pacific was established in 2006 with the objective of providing superior corporate and management services to insurance companies in Barbados. As an Account Manager, Lynette is responsible for:

• Assistance with the execution of the client’s business plan 
• Management and coordination of activities between insureds, auditors, bankers, investment managers, regulators, actuaries, fronting companies, and brokers
• Monthly financial reporting and reconciliations
• Preparation of financial statements and facilitation of annual audit 
• Cash Management
