Karen joined the Great Pacific Group in November 2019 as Account Manager and has over 20 years of experience in the reinsurance industry. Great Pacific was established in 2006 with the objective of providing superior corporate and management services to insurance companies in Barbados. As an Account Manager, Karen is responsible for:

• Assistance with the execution of the client’s business plan 
• Management and coordination of activities between insureds, auditors, bankers, investment managers, regulators, actuaries, fronting companies, and brokers
• Monthly financial reporting and reconciliations
• Preparation of financial statements and facilitation of annual audit 
• Cash Management
