Eloisa joined the Great Pacific Group in February 2020 as a Claims and Risk Control Manager. Prior to joining the Company, she had 24 years of experience as an insurance claims professional and insurance broker. Great Pacific was established in 2006 with the objective of providing superior corporate and management services to insurance companies in Barbados.

As a Claims and Risk Control Manager, Eloisa is responsible for:

• Management of workers’ comp and auto liability claims for US based companies, from claim creation to final resolution.
• Developing insurance program practices, procedures, and workflow.
• Developing loss prevention and risk control strategies to mitigate liability exposures.
• Client advocacy in claim settlements.
• Client training and development specific to claims management.
