Alicia joined the Great Pacific Group in November 2023 as Vice President and has over 10 years of experience in the captive insurance industry. Great Pacific was established in 2006 with the objective of providing superior corporate and management services to insurance companies in Barbados. Alicia provides oversight and strategic advice to the senior management of Great Pacific.
